Rapper Elshad Khose posted a critical video several days ago regarding the demolition works carried out in the Bayirshahar area. In the video, he expressed his objection to demolitions taking place in Baku.

Following this, Elshad Khose was taken from his home by police officers to Police Station No. 27 of the Yasamal District. The police stated that on the same day, the rapper allegedly used offensive language in a public place near the Nizami metro station. According to the claim, despite being warned by police officers to comply with public order, his behavior did not change, and he was subsequently detained and taken to the police station.

At the station, administrative penalties were imposed on him under Articles 510 (minor hooliganism) and 535.1 (failure to comply with a lawful order of the police) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The 47-year-old rapper was later brought before a court, which sentenced him to 15 days of administrative detention.

During the appeal hearing, Elshad Khose stated that he disagreed with the court's decision, claiming that he had neither committed hooliganism nor resisted police officers. Emphasizing that he is married, a public figure, and currently undergoing medical treatment, the rapper requested his release. However, the court dismissed his appeal.
