A resident resettled in the village of Khanabad in the Khojaly district under Azerbaijan's Great Return Program has publicly expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the apartment allocated to him by posting a video on social media.

The resident, who had previously lived in an administrative building located in the yard of Secondary School No. 280 in Baku, says that the apartment he was assigned (No. 1897354) has numerous construction and utility defects.

In the video, the resident claims that sections of the property's fence have collapsed and that rainwater floods both the yard and the living areas, causing severe dampness inside the house. According to him, the parquet flooring shifts underfoot, raising serious concerns about the quality of construction.

He also states that the plasterboard doors in the bathroom and toilet are damaged, the drainage traps in the sewage system are not functioning properly, some of the water taps are broken, and the plumbing system is in poor condition.

In his video appeal, the resident expresses concern about the health of children growing up in such conditions and invites representatives of the relevant state authorities to inspect the property. He claims that despite repeatedly contacting the responsible institutions, his complaints have not been officially registered and the reported problems have not been addressed.

At present, the relevant state authorities have not publicly commented on the allegations made in the video.
